Is this an app I download?

BehaviorLog Pro runs in your browser and installs to your phone, tablet, or computer like a native app — no App Store needed. After you subscribe you'll get a link; open it, create your account, and use “Add to Home Screen.” Step-by-step install instructions are on your welcome screen.

How does the AI drafting work, and is student data safe?

On the BCBA plan, the app turns your session data into a first-draft FBA, BIP, or goals. Before anything is sent, student, peer, and staff names are replaced with placeholders in your browser, and you review the exact text on screen. Names are re-inserted only on your device. It's a drafting assistant — you remain the author and reviewer.

I'm a clinical BCBA. What about HIPAA?

BehaviorLog Pro is a documentation tool. If you handle protected health information for clients, you're responsible for your own compliance obligations, including any Business Associate Agreements. Contact us before entering client PHI so we can confirm current coverage.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime — your access continues to the end of the billing period. Annual plans are the same features at two months off.

Do you offer district or team pricing?

Yes. These individual plans are for solo practitioners. For a school, district, or clinic team — with shared students, admin oversight, and a signed data agreement — email hello@surestepeducation.com.
